The Old Bank of America Building is also one of the oldest skyscrapers in the Silicon Valley, and was designed by architect H.A. Minton. It is a Mediterranean Revival—Beaux-Arts architecture style structure.
This building, formerly the San Jose branch of the Bank of Italy, was built in 1925. This branch, became the first branch of the Bank of Italy, which later became the Bank of America. It still overlooks the the capitol of Silicon Valley. |
